About Us - Michelle & AJ

Michelle is a Sex Educator & Perinatal Pleasure Intimacy Coach, Perinatal Massage Therapist and Doula. She blends various modalities of somatic practice, bodywork and skilled coaching in her private practice, and facilitates classes and workshops on sexual and reproductive wellness, embodied consent, grief and loss, pregnancy and birth, and erotic education through a trauma-informed and healing-centered lens. Michelle currently serves as a Massage Therapy Professor, Massage Therapist, Co-founder of Perinatal Massage Therapy Education and visionary behind Perinatal Pleasure Coaching. AJ is a Certified Relationship, Intimacy & Pleasure Coach for couples and singles, Certified Grief and Loss Coach, and Host of The Pum Pum Chronicles podcast where she discusses Love, Sex, Pleasure, Eroticism & Intimacy from a Jamaican-Canadian point of view. AJ is also an Influencer, Eroticism Specialist and Sexual Wellness Advocate & Educator
